Campaigning for a Democrat running for Governor of Virginia, Barack Hussein Obama II said he isn't responsible for the mess in Washington.   Nor responsible?  Wasn't Barack Hussein Obama II in the Senate before he became President?  More and more people are realizing his programs aren't working and in fact damaging the country.  All he can do is try to silence their voices.  Hugo Chavez must be smiling.

It works for Castro and Chavez, so why not for Obama?  The Latin American dictators employ "block captains" who spy on people in their neighborhoods and report anyone criticizing the government to the authorities.  Obama has done them one better by taking the block captain concept virtual.  The White House is asking people to report emails and websites critical of Obama's health care plans to an office in the White House.  Too bad Orwell isn't around anymore.  He could write a another novel called "Obamaland".

It’s been said the Seinfeld Show was about nothing. The President gave a press conference last night and said essentially nothing.   He rambled on about how he would provide health insurance to millions of Americans, improve the quality of health care, and reduce costs, all at the same time. If you believe that, there’s a shovel ready job with your name on it. He did acknowledge that Medicare and Medicaid, health care programs run by the government, are going broke.  So what’s his solution? Another government run health care program. More and more people are coming to realize this President’s promises are empty. He simply says anything that sounds good at the time.

You have to appreciate the irony.  This is one of the coolest summers on record in Washington, DC, so what does Congress do?  It passes a bill to stop global warming.  Only Congress would spend hundreds of billions of dollars and disrupt an entire economy to stop something that isn't happening.

It's official.  The Minnesota Supreme Court has officially declared the election for the Senate a travesty worthy of Iran and the ayatollahs.  Although Coleman received more votes on election day, votes for Franken magically appeared during the recount.  We deserve honest elections.  This travesty should not be allowed to stand.  Franken should be recalled.
